CLASS OPTIONS

All of our yoga classes are Hatha based, as it is an adaptable branch of yoga. We use gentle movements to release and relax the central nervous system, hold poses to build strength and endurance and use mindful breathwork to bring the mind and body to the present moment. This dynamic makes the practice accessible to yogis of all levels, especially beginners.

Our classes are also "Mix and Match" meaning you:

  •  Choose your location

  •  and then

  •  Choose your time.

SUNRISE

Awaken with the sun with an energizing, heart-opening morning class.
