Our goal at BACK YARD YOGA is to strengthen your back while connecting to nature in a comfortable space with yoga.

Your BACK is your foundation, your core, your strength. When your back is strong, you can function in daily life, feel confident and be your best you.

Your choice of YARD will facilitate connecting to the earth and help you heal and grow in the open air. Being outdoors brings a sense of freedom, increases wellness and stimulates growth.

YOGA unites the body, mind and spirit.

 

All three combined creates a trifecta of becoming one with yourself and nature.

STEFANI 

YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Stefani is a morning person and nature lover who specializes in yoga for the back and brain by strengthening and calming the central nervous system with proven, scientific methods.

She has taught yoga for five years as a certified Yoga Alliance teacher through SLCC and with Warriors at Ease training, focused on resiliency, health and connection.

Yoga has transformed her life and hopes to help  transform yours.

GINGER 

YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Ginger loves the outdoors and hiking to beautiful mountain locations. 

She trained for her 500 hour certification with Baptiste yoga and has taught for over a decade.

 

Yoga brings her peace and she hopes to bring you peace.

TIFFANY 

ENERGY HEALER

Tiffany uses visualization to help the mind release and heal.

She is a certified Reiki teacher and is trained in Bach Flower Oils. 

Yoga works well with her energy healing and she hopes to work with you,
